Though I'm not a fan of the transparent Popup and Activity Menu. Looks a little "messy" when overlaid on other text screens.
And personally I think the theme could do with a Softkey image.
A tip; you don't have to use the full height of the highlights. A few transparent pixel rows at the top and bottom makes for a better highlight IMO.
